A futures trading journal that tells you which setups actually pay.
A journal and analytics tool for futures day traders. You import your fills or log trades by hand, tag what actually happened, and TradeZento works out which setups, hours and instruments make money and which habits cost you. It is the part of trading nobody enjoys doing in a spreadsheet, which is why most people stop doing it.
TradeZento is a journal. It never places an order, and it does not connect to a broker for execution - you import file exports or type trades in. It is not financial advice, it does not predict anything, and it makes no claim about what you will earn.
The same boundary applies to everything ByteX builds for traders, and it is written up at trading automation.
What it does
The part of trading nobody enjoys doing in a spreadsheet.
Most traders keep a journal for about three weeks. It is not a discipline problem - it is that pairing fills by hand, working out contract-correct profit and loss, and then counting win rates per setup is an evening of work for a week of trading.
- Imports a Rithmic R|Trader Completed Orders export, NinjaTrader, Excel or any CSV, pairing fills into round-trip trades including scale-outs and partial fills.
- Contract-correct profit and loss for futures instruments, rather than treating every symbol as if a point were worth a dollar.
- A library of chart patterns to tag, so you see a real win rate per setup instead of an impression of one.
- A rule-based coach that flags the expensive habits - revenge trading after a loss, sizing up on tilt, overtrading, bad hours of the day.
- A daily journal, playbook, profit-and-loss calendar and an Excel export, so the record is yours and leaves with you.
Who it suits
Built for futures day traders, and honest about it.
A good fit if
- You trade futures and want contract-correct numbers rather than a generic P&L.
- You can export fills from Rithmic R|Trader, NinjaTrader or anything that writes a CSV.
- You suspect a particular setup or a particular hour is carrying your losses, and want to know rather than guess.
- You want the record to be yours, exportable to Excel and able to go with you.
Probably not if
- You want something to place orders or manage positions. It will never do that.
- You are after signals, predictions or a strategy to follow. It analyses what you already did.
- You have no trade history yet. It needs trades before it can tell you anything about them.

Plans and sign-up are on the TradeZento site. ByteX builds and runs it, so if something is wrong with it, the person who answers is the person who wrote it.
