Security and privacy considerations

  • Enquiry records contain personal information and are stored with access restricted to staff who need it.
  • A retention period is agreed and documented rather than keeping enquiries indefinitely by default.
  • Enquiry contents are not written to application logs; only non-identifying references and outcomes are logged.
